Introduction / Initial Consult
The 15 minute introduction / Initial Health Coaching session allows for us to introduce ourselves to each other over the phone or virtually, and for the SPEAKFitness Health Coach to learn about what your Health & Wellness goals are and/or what you'd like help with. This also provides an opportunity for your SPEAKFitness Health Coach to explain the personalized services that can be offered and price packages available.

Health Coaching Session
Each Health Coaching Session builds off the previous weeks session and the strategic plan, where a review of life events and health plan results are discussed and either reward or accountability is considered.
